Sales Analytics and Support Manager

The Sales Analytics and Support Manager provides high-level operational, reporting, process, and coordination support to the National VP of Sales and the broader sales organization.

Requirements

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly national sales reports
  • Develop executive dashboards and summaries
  • Analyze trends across regions and identify opportunities and performance gaps
  • Monitor performance of agents, branches, and key accounts
  • Track activations, retention, and productivity metrics across territories
  • Assist in identifying underperforming locations and growth opportunities
  • Support incentive tracking and performance programs for agents and sales teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, Tableau, and reporting systems
  • Coordinate national sales initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and KPIs for strategic projects
  • Provide regular progress updates and summaries to leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Operations)
  • Coordinate national sales calls, leadership meetings, and business reviews
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and briefing materials
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
