The Sales Analytics and Support Manager provides high-level operational, reporting, process, and coordination support to the National VP of Sales and the broader sales organization.
Requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly national sales reports
- Develop executive dashboards and summaries
- Analyze trends across regions and identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Monitor performance of agents, branches, and key accounts
- Track activations, retention, and productivity metrics across territories
- Assist in identifying underperforming locations and growth opportunities
- Support incentive tracking and performance programs for agents and sales teams
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, Tableau, and reporting systems
- Coordinate national sales initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
- Track timelines, deliverables, and KPIs for strategic projects
- Provide regular progress updates and summaries to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Operations)
- Coordinate national sales calls, leadership meetings, and business reviews
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and briefing materials
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
