Design and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the CNS portfolio to accelerate business growth and achieve sales and revenue targets. Inspire and engage the CNS Sales team to ensure strong alignment and flawless execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing or related areas (Experience in CNS is preferred)
- Experience leading innovative projects inside or outside Pharma Industry
- University degree in role related careers
- Master’s degree (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong Strategic thinking
- Data-driven decision making
- Strong people and business leadership skills
- Leadership and team collaboration with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions and overcome complex challenges
- Negotiation skills
- Communication Skills, with the ability to clearly convey strategic priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Cross-functional work capacity
- Strong strategic understanding of Finance, including P&L management and GTN (Gross-to-Net) processes
- Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
