Senior MarTech Ecosystem Lead

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, MarTech Ecosystem Lead is responsible for technology ownership, performance, and continuous evolution of the MarTech content ecosystem, with a focus on Content Authoring, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR), integrations, and supporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities include product strategy and business partnership, product delivery and ecosystem management, platform operations and partner management, and value and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Marketing technology, Commercial IT, digital platforms, or related functions
• Experience with platforms such as Aprimo, Veeva Vault, enterprise content authoring solutions, and AI/automation capabilities is preferred.
• Commercial or Marketing experience and understanding of content operations, omnichannel, customer engagement, or sales and marketing processes strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise content and MarTech capabilities such as DAM, MLR, content authoring, CMS, CRM, omnichannel, and integrations; pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology products, cross-functional initiatives, vendors, system integrators, and competing priorities.
• Strong product management, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
