Victoria University is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to provide administrative coordination and project support services to transnational education programs. The successful candidate will have experience in complex administration coordination and project support, strong organisational and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of TNE programs and activities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor program and project activities across the TNE lifecycle
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Financial administration including enrolment reconciliation, invoicing and student payments
- Administrative and logistical coordination of meetings, management committees etc.
- Events management including organising inbound and outbound delegations, student and staff visits and partner related events
