FP&A Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to support the processes of product cost calculation, production control, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the accuracy of cost data, the quality of financial reporting, and the identification of opportunities to improve cost efficiency in the production environment.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of the FP&A Specialist include coordinating standard cost calculations in the SAP system, analyzing production cost deviations, verifying cost data, supporting the monthly closure process, preparing data for budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, and participating in financial analysis and initiatives to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a person with at least 3 years of experience in production control, product cost calculation, FP&A, or a related financial area. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of SAP, particularly standard cost calculations, Material Ledger, BOM, routes, and order processing, as well as analytical skills, accuracy, self-reliance, and good communication and collaboration with financial and operational teams.

Requirements

• at least 3 years of experience in production control, product cost calculation, FP&A, or a related financial area
• good knowledge of SAP, particularly standard cost calculations, Material Ledger, BOM, routes, and order processing
• experience in analyzing deviations, controlling production costs, and financial reporting
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Power BI, SAP, and HFM will be an added advantage
• higher education in finance, accounting, control, economics, or production engineering
• minimum B2 level English language proficiency
