Role Overview

Vineskills is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Content & Brand Specialist to help bring their brand to life across digital channels. The role involves executing content and brand marketing activities, developing and repurposing content, and managing recurring marketing activities.

What You Will Do

Write engaging LinkedIn posts, manage and repurpose video content, coordinate weekly promotions, manage Mailchimp campaigns, maintain and improve the Vineskills website, create sales enablement materials, and identify opportunities to improve content performance and streamline marketing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar role
• Strong written English and the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content
• Hands-on experience managing social media content and digital publishing workflows, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation, scheduling, and audience management
• Proficiency with Canva and comfort editing, formatting, and repurposing video content
• Experience managing website content through a CMS, with an understanding of basic SEO principles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple projects independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and content quality
• A proactive mindset: you look for ways to improve processes rather than simply completing tasks as assigned
• Comfort working with AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and marketing workflows
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment
