Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Operations Lead to take ownership of how our paid digital campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized across every market. You will lead a team of specialists running campaigns across paid social, app, and web channels, covering platforms from Meta and TikTok to paid search and display, and you will be accountable both for the results they deliver and for the standard of the operation behind those results.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists who own day-to-day campaign operations across paid social, app, and web channels, take end-to-end ownership of campaign operations at scale across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, and drive a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, and placements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
If you enjoy building a high-performing operation as much as you enjoy squeezing performance out of a campaign while utilizing automation tools to the max, we would love to hear from you.

- High proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data cleaning), plus experience with dashboards and BI tools such as Looker
- Experience designing operational processes and scaling them across markets and team members
- A bias for automation, whether through scripts, platform APIs, AI, workflows, or automation platforms
- Ability to interpret large datasets and turn them into clear business insights and decisions

- Comfortable prioritizing and making decisions with incomplete data across competing markets and channels
