Senior Outsourced Sales Manager: Vinted Go Acquisition

Role Overview

The Senior Outsourced Sales Manager will own the full relationship with every outsourced sales partner across countries, managing onboarding, day-to-day management, escalations, and offboarding. They will be the single point of accountability for agency sales results, negotiate and manage contracts, and evaluate new sales agencies.

What You Will Do

The role involves building one operating framework, defining and tracking sales KPIs, and analyzing cost per outcome across agencies, channels, and markets. The Senior Outsourced Sales Manager will also run calibration and quality assurance, own the outsourced sales budget, and design processes for a multi-agency, multi-country sales network.

They will be comfortable building structure and process from a relatively unstructured starting point and have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Senior experience managing external sales agencies or outsourced sales teams
• Background in sales, acquisition, or growth in a high-velocity environment
• Strong record of agency performance management
• Budget ownership: forecasting, tracking, and optimizing spend across multiple vendors or cost centers
• Comfort building structure and process from a relatively unstructured starting point
• Strong analytical skills, working easily in dashboards, reporting tools, and a CRM to track performance and cost
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Comfort working across time zones and cultures
• Fluent English; French and/or Spanish is an advantage
