Role Overview

The Senior Outsourced Sales Manager will own the relationship with external sales agencies, manage their performance, and drive accountability across Europe and the US. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Senior experience managing external sales agencies or outsourced sales teams
• Background in sales, acquisition, or growth in a high-velocity environment
• Strong record of agency performance management
• Budget ownership: forecasting, tracking, and optimizing spend across multiple vendors or cost centers
• Comfort building structure and process from a relatively unstructured starting point
• Strong analytical skills, working easily in dashboards, reporting tools, and a CRM to track performance and cost
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Comfort working across time zones and cultures
• Fluent English; French and/or Spanish is an advantage
