Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will own all of the company’s marketing, run it hands-on, and build it the way they think it should be built. They will work directly with the founder, who wants a real point of view and someone who will push back when the numbers say he is wrong.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities include growing the company, owning the pipeline end to end, setting the lead target, building and running everything that hits it, and making it measurable. The Marketing Manager will also deliver for clients by setting the standard for every account, defining what a campaign looks like, and holding the team to it.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong opinions and back them with data, even when they cut against what the founder wants to hear. They will thrive in an environment where they are measured on booked meetings and retained clients, and they will rather build the system than run yesterday’s version of it.
