Solutions Engineer

Virtuous is hiring a Solutions Engineer to assess nonprofit technology needs, deliver in-depth software demonstrations, and support our nonprofit prospects. Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Engineering, the Solutions Engineer role will partner with our Sales and CS teams to determine the needs of each prospect and customer, facilitate product demonstrations, and support discussions that demonstrate clear value.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working with nonprofit CRM products, SaaS software, and/or fundraising software
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of nonprofit CRMs, fundraising and events software, integrations and APIs, querying and reporting, and nonprofit best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data driven and metric approach to evaluation and growth
