Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will be a collaborative and detail-oriented team player within a variety of functional areas, including Sales, Product, Finance, and Merchant Acquiring. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of sales support experience in a high-tech, software development, or SaaS delivery environment.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Analyst will provide sales support to the CEMEA Sales organization on various matters, maintain and ensure field compliance of sales policies, procedures, and rules of engagement, and review pricing quotes for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a Sales environment for a Hi-Tech/Software development Company
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics
- MS – Dynamics experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent communications skills
