Senior Manager, Client Growth

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded growth leader to develop and scale global client growth programs that accelerate adoption, expand use cases, increase transaction volume, and strengthen client engagement.

Lead global client growth strategies across the client lifecycle, from activation and adoption to retention and expansion. Develop scalable growth frameworks, playbooks, and engagement programs that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in client growth, client success, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, consulting, fintech, payments, financial services, or a related field.
• A proven track record of developing growth strategies that drive client adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the payments, fintech, banking, or technology landscape, with a passion for innovation and digital commerce.
• Experience building scalable programs, frameworks, and operating models across multiple markets and client segments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, analytics, and operations.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across global teams.
• A collaborative, results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital fluency, including experience leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance everyday work.
