Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Training to join Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization and drive training and enablement for our Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) sales team. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Regional Sales Enablement & Training with dual reporting responsibilities to the VAS Go-to-Market (GTM) function in LAC.

What You Will Do

Design and execute strategic sales programs to ensure VAS Sellers (account executives) have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position Visa’s products and solutions. Work to infuse sales materials with local knowledge and expertise, and tailor the enablement and training outcomes to meet the needs of the GTM team’s desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
