Role Overview
The Senior Manager, VCS Hub GTM, Europe will turn strategy, market insight and product capabilities into clear growth priorities, sales plays and commercial execution across the Large and Middle Market segment (LMM).
What You Will Do
Identify and prioritise European growth opportunities, build business cases, and translate insight into clear target-client strategies and growth plans.

Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial payments, financial services or fintech
- Large and Middle Market commercial payments experience
- Knowledge of commercial cards, virtual cards, cross-border, travel and expense, procurement and B2B payments
- Strong analytical skills, including market sizing, opportunity assessment and business-case development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven programme delivery across markets and functions in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
