Role Overview
The Vice President, Client Services Go-to-Market Services – North America (CS NA GTMS) is responsible for ensuring that every Visa product, release, and ecosystem mandate lands cleanly in the North America market and performs reliably for our clients post-launch.
What You Will Do
Own the NA Client Services readiness track for every Business Enhancement Release (BER) and VisaNet / platform release across Consumer, VAS, CMS, and DPS – from scoping and impact assessment through client communications, internal enablement, go-live, and hypercare.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This leader directly protects client experience, accelerates time-to-revenue, and reduces operational risk for the largest and most complex Visa clients in the region.
