Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing performance led digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention across our retail brands.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, lead campaign planning and optimisation, monitor campaign performance, manage media budgets, deliver actionable reporting, and partner with internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Media Manager role
- Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, display, programmatic and digital media platforms
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Advanced analytical capability with experience interpreting campaign and customer data to drive optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Retail, convenience, loyalty or customer-focused marketing experience will be highly regarded
