Role Overview
The Finance Systems & Operations Specialist will support the daily business and the integration of a finance application into our SaaS solution. The role involves onboarding new suppliers, project support, testing, and coordination of reports.
What You Will Do
The tasks include onboarding new suppliers, project support, testing, and coordination of reports. The Specialist will also create and send reimbursement and supplier invoices, check incoming payments, and remind suppliers if necessary.

Requirements
- High technical affinity to process automation, digitalization, and work with a SaaS system
- Experience in professional testing or introduction of a system (e.g. ERP or billing software)
- Data competence beyond Excel, e.g. SQL basic knowledge or BI tools
- Well-developed process thinking and experience in analyzing and improving operational finance processes
- Ability to quickly adapt to new system landscapes
- Very good financial and numerical understanding
- Secure handling of Excel
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
