Account Management Specialist

VOIS is seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to independently manage and grow existing client relationships within a marketing and digital services environment. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of client accounts, high-quality project delivery, and effective stakeholder alignment, while also contributing to service expansion and supporting the development of colleagues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account and/or project management within a marketing agency or similar environment
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
• Detail-focused, analytical, and proactive in identifying process improvements
