Role Overview
VOIS is seeking a Finance Analytics & Insights Specialist to support the transformation of Finance Operations through advanced reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, shaping reporting strategy, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and delivering innovative analytics capabilities that enhance business performance and customer experience.
What You Will Do
Contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of the Finance Insights & Reporting strategy, partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, and work closely with technology, process, and delivery teams to design and implement high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years of relevant experience in finance reporting, analytics, solution design, or business intelligence environments, possess strong expertise in data, analytics, reporting, and the translation of business requirements into practical solutions, and have experience in at least two of the following areas: data transformation, cloud-based analytics environments, data visualisation tools, or SAP BW, SAP ECC reporting, or broader business intelligence technologies.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in finance reporting, analytics, solution design, or business intelligence environments
- Strong expertise in data, analytics, reporting, and the translation of business requirements into practical solutions
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: data transformation using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or similar platforms, cloud-based analytics environments such as Google Cloud Platform or Google BigQuery, data visualisation tools including Qlik, Tableau, Looker, or similar solutions, SAP BW, SAP ECC reporting, or broader business intelligence technologies
