Finance Operations Analyst – VOIS

Role Overview

VOIS is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support accurate and timely supplier invoice posting and travel and expenses (T&E) processing. The role will suit someone with up to three years of relevant experience who is detail-focused, comfortable working with SAP or a similar ERP system and Excel, and able to collaborate effectively with Procurement, business requestors and finance teams.

What You Will Do

Validate and post supplier invoices and credit notes in SAP, review supporting documentation, work with Procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice mismatches, process employee travel and expense claims, record expense transactions, and respond to T&E queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting, preferably involving invoice processing, accounts payable or travel and expenses
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Excel for transaction tracking and reconciliations
• Understanding of accounting entries, invoice validation and expense controls
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on transaction accuracy and reconciliation
• Ability to investigate processing issues, identify appropriate solutions and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
• Ability to plan and prioritise activities to meet operational and month-end deadlines
• Collaborative and communicative skills across teams
• Awareness of financial controls, confidentiality and segregation of duties
• Accountability and ownership for work while looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
