Financial Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Financial Operations Specialist will focus on accounting and financial operations, including bank and payment reconciliation, invoice processing, month-end activities, financial analysis and reporting. The role will also contribute to forecasting, process improvements and projects designed to improve financial data quality and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Upload and reconcile bank receipts in SAP, allocate payments to the appropriate vendor accounts, process incoming and outgoing invoices, support month-end closing activities, investigate and resolve vendor disputes, support forecasting requests, participate in system migration testing, and provide financial input to business partners.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within financial accounting, supply chain or sourcing
• practical SAP knowledge and strong computer skills, particularly advanced Excel
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial data and resolve operational issues
