Financial Operations Specialist (Fixed term for 2 years)

Role Overview

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, creating value for customers by delivering intelligent solutions through Talent, Technology & Transformation. The Financial Operations Specialist will focus on accounting and financial operations, including bank and payment reconciliation, invoice processing, month-end activities, financial analysis and reporting.

What You Will Do

Upload and reconcile bank receipts in SAP, process incoming and outgoing invoices, support month-end closing activities, investigate and resolve vendor disputes, support forecasting requests, participate in system migration testing and projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within financial accounting, supply chain or sourcing
• practical SAP knowledge and strong computer skills, particularly advanced Excel
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial data and resolve operational issues
• fluency in English; fluency in the language of the supported local market is also required
