Manager, Finance & Business Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Finance & Business Operations will support the day-to-day financial and business needs of one small manufacturing plant, provide additional capacity for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and contribute to compliance and risk management activities across the company.

What You Will Do

The role involves serving as a hands-on finance resource for different plants, supporting month-end activities, account reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting, as well as analyzing financial and operational performance, developing and maintaining models and analyses, and providing flexible analytical support to the CFO and VP, Business Controlling.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in accounting, finance or a related discipline, experience with financial analysis, reporting or accounting, and strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and data.

Requirements

• CPA designation preferred
• Public accounting experience and/or 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment following completion of a bachelor’s degree
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to financial and non-financial audiences
