Role Overview
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own voize’s company data from the warehouse to the dashboards, ensuring the data is reliable, safe, and scalable. You will partner with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to turn their questions into numbers everyone trusts.
What You Will Do
Model company data in dbt on Redshift, ship and run the company KPI dashboard in Lightdash, and own metric modeling and propose definitions for the whole company. You will also keep the ingestion layer running day to day and act as a partner to our teams.

Requirements
- 4+ years owning analytics from the warehouse onwards (modelling, reporting, BI) in production
- Deep SQL above all, plus strong dbt (layered models, tests, CI, semantic / metric layers)
- A cloud data warehouse in production (Redshift ideal; Snowflake or BigQuery with willingness to switch) and a BI tool people actually use
- Business-facing autonomy: you partner with non-technical stakeholders, propose and defend metric definitions, and ship without waiting for a data team to form around you
- You document, test, and monitor by default, and finishing the 10% that makes a model trustworthy
- You know how to leverage AI, you have a track record of automating & building workflows with AI
