Partner Manager, Embedded Partnerships

Role Overview

The Partner Manager, Embedded Partnerships will be responsible for growing adoption of HAPI suite by expanding product usage across job advertising and AI capabilities, and building relationships that go deep into the partner organization.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include driving partner growth, expanding AI and product adoption, strengthening and deepening partnerships, enabling partner success, and engaging partner customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of partner or channel experience involving embedded/API integrations, deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, and white-label integrations, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience involving embedded/API integrations
• Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, and white-label integrations
• Fluency in German and English
• A genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring
• Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within a partner or customer organization
• A commercial mindset
• Working location: Netherlands, United Kingdom or Germany preferred
