Associate – Strategy & Operations (Growth)

Role Overview

Join the lean, high-performing Strategic Finance (Growth) team at Voy, a leading preventive healthcare platform. As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Voy allocates capital, scales customer acquisition, and drives profitable growth. You’ll work closely with leaders across Commercial and Growth, with broad exposure across the business.

What You Will Do

Own LTV/CAC analysis, partner with the Growth team to evaluate paid media investment, build and stress-test business cases for strategic investments, drive capital allocation decisions, lead commercial performance analysis, and support annual and quarterly planning cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or a similar role within a growth-stage technology company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial judgement and ability to connect financial performance to strategic business decisions
• Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable commercial insights
