Staff Recruiter (G&A and Go-To-Market)

Role Overview

As a Staff Recruiter at VulcanForms Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling our business operations, commercial team, and corporate infrastructure to support our rapid growth. You will own full lifecycle recruiting across key non-technical and commercial functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy to scale our G&A and Go-To-Market functions, hiring across Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain/Procurement, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Operations. Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and pitch top-tier passive GTM and corporate talent on the VulcanForms mission.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-impact G&A and/or Go-To-Market roles
• Ability to quickly understand complex organizational structures, commercial pipelines, and corporate functions
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of gaining credibility with executive leaders
