As a Business Insights Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into meaningful business insights that help drive smarter decisions across the organization. You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and deliver recommendations that improve business performance and support strategic growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating results into business recommendations.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder partnership and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
