Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Senior Manager, you’ll lead regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales growth across your assigned markets. You’ll make a difference by creating strategies that drive measurable business results and elevate the guest experience.

You’ll develop and execute regional marketing strategies, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and serve as a regional brand ambassador and community partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, brand marketing, or related disciplines
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Experience managing budgets and marketing investments
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and business results
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
• Ability to adapt to and learn the technology platforms, systems, applications, and equipment used in the role
