Financial Analyst, Surveillance

Walker & Dunlop is seeking a Financial Analyst for their Surveillance Team. The Financial Analyst will perform, coordinate, and review annual property inspections, analyze inspection findings, and support Watch List recommendations. The role will also involve managing quarterly financial analysis processes, conducting financial analysis, and monitoring financial performance for early signs of distress. The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 – $70,000, plus discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefit options, including 401(k) + match, paid maternity and parental leave, and a robust health and wellness program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and experience with database software
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly and present information in a coherent manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle
