Financial Analyst, Transactions

We are Walker & Dunlop, one of the largest providers of capital to the commercial real estate industry. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Transactions Team in Bethesda, MD, and Needham, MA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field and previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred. This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and experience with database software
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly and present information in a coherent manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle
