CRM & Web Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM & Web Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of two key growth areas: CRM and lifecycle marketing, and website conversion and optimization.

What You Will Do

You will turn our customer and prospect database into a stronger growth engine through segmentation, lead nurturing, email marketing and marketing automation. You will also ensure that our website and landing pages are optimized to generate leads and improve conversion.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of lead management, lead nurturing, customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation
• Proven experience using CRM data to drive conversion and business results
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automation
• Good knowledge of WordPress and the ability to independently create and update simple landing pages
• Experience with forms, lead capture and CRM/marketing automation integrations
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital funnels and performance metrics
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Design, Creative and IT/RevOps teams
• Business English and experience working in an international environment
• Experience with open-source CRM platforms is a plus
