Role Overview
Walter Surface Technologies is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who can understand our business processes and turn them into practical improvements. The role will work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to configure Salesforce, improve automation, and make code changes.
What You Will Do
Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards. Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, and triggers, including automated tests. Manage user access, permission sets, and sharing, and help keep Salesforce data accurate.

Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience, or a comparable track record of delivering changes independently
- Strong Sales Cloud administration and Flow skills, including data management and the Salesforce security model
- Practical experience writing and troubleshooting Apex and SOQL, maintaining existing code and creating meaningful tests
- Experience gathering requirements, explaining technical choices clearly and working directly with business users
- Experience testing and deploying Salesforce changes, with a habit of following issues through to resolution
