Role Overview

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Manager, Growth Insights & Performance to serve as the central source of truth for performance across the Americas portfolio.

What You Will Do

The Manager will aggregate and interpret ticket sales, attendance, revenue, booking pace, guest behavior and marketing performance; establish consistent metrics and reporting requirements; and turn insight into clear actions that improve demand, conversion, spend and repeat visitation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analytics, growth strategy, commercial performance, business intelligence, revenue management, marketing analytics or a related field
• Demonstrated success translating complex sales, customer and marketing data into clear recommendations that improve revenue, attendance, conversion or investment effectiveness
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business-intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker; working knowledge of SQL, web analytics and data-warehouse concepts preferred
• Understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, campaign tagging, conversion funnels, customer segmentation and structured test-and-learn approaches
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder-management and facilitation skills, including the ability to align technical and nontechnical teams around a shared view of performance
• Experience in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, travel, ticketing, retail, consumer businesses or multi-location environments strongly preferred
