Director, FP&A

Role Overview

The WMG FP&A team is responsible for ensuring compliance with WMG’s internal management reporting standards. The team collaborates across divisions, conducting a wide range of analyses including operating performance, market/competitive analysis, and ad-hoc projects. They provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for all actual, forecast, and budget cycles within WMG.

What You Will Do

This role requires a strong background in variance analysis and a deep understanding of accounting and finance. You will collaborate closely with financial leadership across all divisions and the corporate executive team. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of key management financial reports, focusing on areas such as affiliate-specific P&L performance, consolidated WMG performance against the annual budget, prior forecasts, and prior year results.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in accounting and financial analysis
• CPA preferred
• Large multi-national experience a plus
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of financial systems and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance / Economics
