Role Overview
Warp is hiring an Analytics Engineer to join the data team. This role is at the center of how we understand our product, users, and business. You’ll work across every function at Warp: product, engineering, growth, revenue, and go-to-market.
What You Will Do
As an Analytics Engineer, you will define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics, design and analyze A/B experiments, adapt data models to support new product features, pricing models, and business initiatives, and build tooling that enables self-serve analytics across the company.

You have 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused data role, are highly fluent in SQL and dbt, and have built dashboards and visualizations with BI tools. You care deeply about the business decisions your data informs and balance business intuition with an engineering mindset.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused data role
- Highly fluent in SQL and dbt on top of a modern warehouse like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Built dashboards and visualizations with BI tools like Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Metabase
- Balance business intuition with an engineering mindset: writing efficient, scalable queries; thinking about cost and compute across the data stack; and working with version control, CI/CD, and testing
