Role Overview
WarriorBabe is seeking an AI Automation Specialist who can independently identify, build, and own AI agents and automations that make our teams more effective. You will work directly with department leaders to understand their processes, find opportunities, and turn business needs into practical, reliable solutions.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and own complex production automations and AI-powered systems
- Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting production workflows
- Practical experience with Claude, OpenAI, GLM, or other models for building AI solutions and evaluating their outputs
- Working proficiency in Python and JavaScript for integrations, scripts, and workflow logic
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, rate limits, and reliable error handling
- Technical depth and judgment to investigate problems, simplify processes, and deliver maintainable solutions at a practical pace
- Initiative and clear communication: comfortable working directly with business leaders, documenting work, sharing progress, and asking useful questions
