Role Overview
The Technical Marketing Manager will partner with Product Management, Applications, Marketing Communications, and Commercial teams to translate scientific innovation into successful product launches and sustained commercial growth. This role combines scientific expertise, strategic marketing, and customer engagement to guide products through commercialization to on-market success.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing commercialization and go-to-market strategies, generating technical evidence, managing customer collaborations, and creating compelling scientific content. The successful candidate will contribute to product positioning, messaging, value proposition development, launch planning, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements
- Master’s degree with 6 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years relevant experience
- Technical knowledge of next-generation sequencing and associated genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic applications
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling technical content for both scientific and commercial audiences
- Ability to develop technical marketing strategies that align customer needs with product positioning and commercial objectives
- Experience contributing to experimental design, data interpretation, and technical validation with customer applications and marketing goals in mind
- Strong scientific writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience managing scientific collaborations with external customers, key opinion leaders, or strategic partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines
