Marketing Operations Manager (on-site)

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager supports the successful execution of WaterStone Bank’s marketing strategy by leading department-wide projects, coordinating marketing operations, planning events, and managing key internal and external relationships.

What You Will Do

Support the VP/Director of Marketing in translating department priorities into actionable plans and managing marketing projects from intake through completion. Lead and contribute directly to marketing and communications projects, coordinating work across the Marketing team, business lines, Compliance, Purchasing and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management or a related field, and 1–2 years of experience supervising employees or leading projects and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
