We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to provide high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaigns for conversion.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage agency relationships to ensure effective placement of Google and Meta ads.
- Ensure accurate data tracking and channel attribution for all digital campaigns.
- SEO Strategy
- Work closely with the SEO agency to rank hero keywords at the top of search results.
- Create high-value content that drives organic growth and aligns with brand objectives.
- Field Marketing
- Plan and execute events with partners, focusing on driving engagement and building strong connections in the region.
- Coordinate logistics and manage resources for impactful event execution.
- Content Production
- Develop customer case studies to showcase successful implementations and strengthen credibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for content.
- Branding
- Assist in enhancing brand presence and awareness through targeted campaigns and regional branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital and field marketing in the LATAM Region.
- Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and working with SEO and event management agencies.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and tracking tools for channel attribution.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
