Growth Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer with 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation who has hands‑on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) and optimizing SEO/GEO channels. You should be comfortable building a marketing function from scratch at a fast‑paced startup and have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage the content marketing engine — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content
• Develop and refine core messaging and positioning, working closely with the founders and sales team in-office to deeply understand the product and customer pain points
• Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings
• Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
