Wati is looking for a Product Operations Manager to connect strategy to execution and enable great product work at scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building systems, separating signal from noise, and identifying opportunities for AI-powered ways of working.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, strategy & operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern product practices (agile, continuous discovery, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a product or operational context
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes that stick
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
