Role Overview

Join Wavestone, an international consulting firm, as a Lead Data Scientist Manager. You will be part of the Business Unit AI, a community of 200 AI & Data consultants, and will be involved in designing, industrializing, and orchestrating advanced AI solutions.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will project manage AI projects, ensure the quality and robustness of solutions, and supervise the implementation of data and ML pipelines. As a Manager, you will provide differentiated expertise, pilot high-stakes missions, and contribute to the development of the Data & AI offer.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist
• Master of several frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Spark, PyTorch, Hugging Face Models) and Data Science languages (Python, etc.)
• Master of good practices in software development: code packaging, testing, etc.
• Master of one or more Data & AI platform solutions for developing Data and AI solutions (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, GCP Vertex, AWS Sagemaker, Snowflakes, etc.)
• Master of the MLOps cycle and solutions and frameworks
• Master of the sales cycle for complex projects (prospection, pre-sales, RFP…)
• Team management skills, with the ability to federate, encourage, and develop the teams you are responsible for
• Sharp critical and analytical mind, good relational skill, and strong sense of service and excellence
• Fluency in English and French
