Role Overview
The Product Operations Manager will facilitate the launch and adoption of new products and systems, lead post-launch support, and communicate with internal teams. They will also help build systems to connect regulatory, manufacturing, and operations systems to enable fleet scaling.

The role involves ensuring readiness and orchestrating deployments, analyzing feedback, and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations. The manager will also partner with engineering to define requirements and build automated systems.
