Senior Executive, Regional Business Development & Marketing, APAC

Role Overview

The Senior Executive, Business Development & Marketing, APAC will work closely with Global Marketing to help run and advance We.’s proactive growth program across the region. Based in Singapore and sitting within the Global Marketing team, the role reports to the Marketing Director, APAC and serves as a key partner in turning proactive growth strategy into consistent commercial momentum across our key markets.

What You Will Do

Manage APAC’s BD pipeline and CRM data, turn regional and global marketing campaigns into qualified leads, drive timely follow-up on every lead, conduct prospect research and relationship mapping, identify timely opportunities for engagement, and build a regular reporting on pipeline health and conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, demand generation, growth marketing
• Hands-on experience managing a BD or sales pipeline
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics) and marketing automation or lead-nurture tools
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable building reports and dashboards and drawing actionable conclusions from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional APAC language is a plus
• Experience working in or with APAC markets, with an understanding of regional business cultures and dynamics
• Comfortable in a matrixed, cross-border team, collaborating across teams, levels and time zones
