Requirements
- Higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related areas
- Solid experience in the HR Department, labor legislation, payroll, eSocial, and encumbrances
- Experience in remuneration, benefits, personnel budget, and headcount management
- Leadership experience and team development
- Analytical profile, with mastery of HR indicators and data analysis tools
- Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and automation, applied to process optimization, data analysis, and solution development
- Experience in continuous improvement projects, process transformation, and operational efficiency
- Strategic vision and ability to translate data and indicators into business decisions
