Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm seeking a Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decisions and support financial planning. The role involves conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and preparing reports for senior management. The position is a Hybrid role, working 2 days in-office and 3 days remotely.
Requirements
- Conduct financial analysis using various methods, including trend, variance, and ratio analysis
- Develop financial models to forecast performance and identify risks or opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights supporting business decisions
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to guide recommendations for investments or business strategies
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for projects or investments
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results, providing recommendations for corrective action
