Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with strong expertise in automobile retail sales, particularly in 4-wheeler / passenger car sales.

Drive achievement of monthly and annual automobile sales targets, manage and monitor the performance of the sales team, and convert leads into vehicle sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automobile sales or automotive retail
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory
• Proven experience in 4-wheeler / passenger car sales is required
• Experience handling sales targets and managing or supervising a sales team
• Strong customer relationship management and lead conversion skills
• Good team-handling, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of the automotive retail sales process
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment
