Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will play a key role in solving real-world challenges, applying skills to deliver results that matter, and working with purpose to help shape a more sustainable future. The role involves territory management, sales and account development, distributor and customer support, data and communication, and travel requirements.

What You Will Do

The Area Sales Manager will prepare and execute territory plans, provide weekly reports on orders and activities, maintain regular customer visits, manage quotations, tenders, and orders, develop key account relationships, and proactively prospect new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical and direct sales experience, preferably in heavy industry or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IBM System AS/400 is highly desired.
  • Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and direct sales within a defined territory.
